SIPS frames provide a greater level of thermal efficiency and airtightness as a standard product. Used in isolation they achieve superb levels of energy efficiency (above level 4) for sustainable homes .

Pre Engineered Homes

Building with Frames are leading the way in the South West in off site construction. Supplying pre engineered high quality contemporary structures for luxury houses or holiday homes, to self builders or small developers. Methods and materials are similar to standard construction, but the components are pre engineered and accurately prepared in our unit , ensuring actual on site time is reduced considerably

Timber & Oak Frames

With a skilled team and a wide range of materials available to us, each package can be tailored to suit the project . From stick build or timber frame packages to combinations of SIPS cladding on frames, we can achieve high levels of energy efficiency and solutions for difficult locations.

Grand Designs

BWF provided the insulated pre engineered panels for the Slip House in Brixton. Designed to Code for Sustainable Homes level 5 and recognised national award from RIBA.

What the experienced team at Building with Frames do best is take control of the structural shell and it’s integration with other products, including cladding systems, MVHR ( mechanical ventilation heat recovery ) , ducting, stairs, windows and doors. This enables the self build clients or small developer to focus on fitting out and finishes.
